Stars of the European Event Catering companies

These days the only way to remain competitive is to combine forces and make use of synergies. Broich Catering has recognized this fact and for that reason it is one of the founding members of EPCAS, the European umbrella organisation for Event Catering companies. A great deal has taken place since its founding in Maastricht at the beginning of 2007: its members are committed to a European lobby in the catering sector and wish to introduce a star rating system.
